The ILIOS project is a residential complex consisting of 25 villas on two levels with several independent or semi-detached models with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as private gardens and a large communal area with a swimming pool. A private pool and parking space are optional on some of these villas.

The project stands out for the use of durable materials and the highest quality finishes combined with natural textures, pure and neutral colors and the best technical features with a reasonable distribution of space. Sustainability, one of our values and responsibilities, is reflected in this project with systems such as solar panels, south orientation and a distinctive double vented design.
